4A Games has released the second patch for Metro Exodus. This is a small patch that will update your Steam game version to 188.8.131.52 and your Epic store version to 184.108.40.206 (you can verify your game version by looking at the Main Menu Options or Pause menu).
According to the release notes, this patch brings general stability and input responsiveness improvements, improves performance for integrated video cards, fixes various issues with general saving system as well as other general issues.
